Returns:
At Yummyverse, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, personalized products, and items on clearance or sale cannot be returned.
Return Process:

Ship the product back to our designated address.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping:
We offer free shipping on orders over PHP 999 within the Philippines. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will apply based on the destination.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Yummyverse offers the convenience of Cash on Delivery (COD). This service is available for all orders within the Philippines. You can pay for your order upon delivery.
Shipping Times: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery time within Metro Manila is 3-5 days and 7-10 days for provincial areas.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
